Eligibility

dealixko's services are designed primarily for pensioners and their lawful representatives. We may require verification of age, identity, or authority to act on behalf of another person. We reserve the right to refuse service where eligibility criteria are not met or where provision of services would conflict with applicable law.

Primary clients are individuals aged 60 and over or authorized legal representatives acting on their behalf. If you are under 60 and wish to engage on behalf of a pensioner, you must provide documentation of authority or guardianship as requested.

Services must be used lawfully and in good faith. You must not use dealixko services to facilitate illegal activity, fraud, or acts that harm others. We may suspend or terminate services for unlawful or abusive use.

dealixko operates from Thailand and provides services under Thai law. Some services or legal actions may not be available outside Thailand or may be subject to local restrictions in other jurisdictions.

Accounts and access

To access certain services or submit client documents you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep account details up to date. Accounts are intended for individual use and are not transferable.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide. Inaccurate details may affect the advice or documents we prepare. Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact or personal information.

You must keep login credentials secure and not share them. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected] or call +66967073463 so we can take protective steps.

Accounts, credentials and any licenses granted to you are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to others without our written consent.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at +66967073463 and [email protected]. Prompt notification helps limit risk and preserve evidence.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts where we detect suspicious activity, abuse of services, or violation of these terms. We will notify you when feasible and provide steps to resolve the issue.

Services offered

dealixko provides legal consultations, document drafting (including wills, powers of attorney, and care directives), guidance on pension and elder rights, and referrals to qualified attorneys for court representation where needed. Services are tailored to the needs of older adults and their representatives. Fees apply as described in the paid services section.

We may modify, add, or discontinue services at any time. If a change materially affects a paid service you have engaged, we will notify you with available options. Updates to service scope will be reflected on dealixko.info.

Support and consultations are generally available Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 Bangkok time, excluding public holidays. Emergency response times may vary; urgent cases will be triaged on a best-effort basis.

User rules and conduct

To ensure a respectful and effective service, users must follow these rules:

• Provide truthful and complete information relevant to your matter.
• Use services for lawful purposes and avoid fraudulent or misleading activities.
• Respect our staff and third-party professionals; abusive conduct may result in termination of service.
• Do not upload content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Cooperate with reasonable requests for documentation or verification.
• Follow instructions for secure document transmission to protect sensitive data.
• Comply with applicable Thai laws and regulations when using our services.

Client documents and content

Clients may upload documents, instructions, or other materials necessary for legal services. These items are collectively referred to as 'Client Content'.

You retain ownership of Client Content you upload. You represent that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

By submitting Client Content you grant dealixko a non-exclusive, revocable license to use, store, copy and process the content solely to provide the requested services, including sharing with partner counsel when necessary to carry out engagement.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of Client Content. We rely on the information you provide to prepare documents and recommendations, and we are not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate client-supplied materials.

Requests to remove Client Content should be submitted through our privacy contact. Removal will be handled consistent with legal obligations, record retention requirements, and the need to preserve documents related to ongoing legal matters.

Intellectual property

All site content, software, designs, logos, and materials provided by dealixko are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

• Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute dealixko site content for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from our services.
• Do not remove or alter proprietary notices, activity, or attributions appearing in our materials.

Fees and paid services

Certain services require payment of fees. Paid services include customized document drafting, extended consultations, representation referrals, and subscription-based support packages tailored to elder legal needs.

Pricing details for common services are available on our website or via direct quote. Individual matters are quoted based on scope and complexity. All prices are shown in Thai Baht unless otherwise stated.

Payments can be made by methods listed on our site. Payment is due according to the invoice schedule provided. We may require an upfront deposit for new matters or for document drafting.

Subscription plans, where offered, provide ongoing access to a defined set of services for a recurring fee. Subscription terms will be provided at signup and may include minimum commitment periods.

Refunds are issued in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy. Fees for completed work or services already provided are generally non-refundable, though we will consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis when warranted.

You may cancel services as outlined in your engagement agreement. Cancellation may not entitle you to a refund for services already performed. We will provide instructions for termination and any outstanding obligations.

Applicable taxes and fees will be added to service charges where required by Thai law. You are responsible for any taxes on your payments that are not collected by dealixko.

We may update pricing for services with advance notice. Existing engagements will be billed according to the terms agreed at the time of engagement unless otherwise communicated.

Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of services, late fees, or referral to collection, as set out in your engagement agreement. We will attempt to notify you before taking enforcement actions.

Disclaimer

Information and materials provided by dealixko are for general informational purposes and to facilitate access to legal services for pensioners. Content does not replace individualized legal advice tailored to your circumstances. We cannot assure specific legal outcomes and do not accept responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of site materials.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dealixko and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our overall liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific service at issue, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Third-party services

We may use third-party providers for payment processing, document storage, or legal referrals. Those providers may have access to certain client data as necessary to perform services. We exercise commercial care when selecting partners but are not responsible for their independent practices.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the engagement agreement. We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful conduct.

Upon termination you will remain responsible for accrued fees and any costs reasonably incurred in closing your matters. We may retain copies of client records as required by law and professional obligations.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to processing as described in that policy and in these terms.

Communications

We communicate by email, phone, SMS, and postal mail as needed for service delivery. You consent to receiving communications related to your matters. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS.

Changes to terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on dealixko.info with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts, unless alternative dispute resolution is agreed in writing.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us to attempt resolution through discussion or mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the dispute resolution provisions set out above and under Thai law.
